1. Recording and Publication
You consent to your interview being recorded in audio and/or video format by Empower Life Academy.
You consent to the full interview being published on Empower Life Academy's platforms, which may include YouTube, podcast platforms (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Amazon Music), and the Empower Life Academy website and membership platform.
You understand the interview will be published in your name and with your consent to share your work with Empower Life Academy's audience.
2. Short-Form Content and Social Media
You consent to short clips, excerpts, and quotes from the interview being used across Empower Life Academy's social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
You consent to your name, professional title, headshot, and bio being used in promotional content connected to the episode, including social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
Empower Life Academy commits to representing your work, words, and ideas accurately and in the spirit in which they were shared. Clips will not be taken out of context or edited in a way that misrepresents your views.
3. Marketing and Promotional Use
You consent to your name, image, and the fact of your participation being referenced in Empower Life Academy's promotional and marketing materials, including future course materials, workshop content, website pages, and email communications, for the purpose of crediting your contribution to Empower Life Academy's body of work.
Empower Life Academy will not use your name or image to imply your endorsement of any Empower Life Academy product or service without your prior written consent.
4. Your Rights as a Guest
You retain full ownership of your own intellectual property, including the ideas, research, frameworks, and content you share during the interview.
You are free to share the published episode across your own platforms and channels. Empower Life Academy encourages this and will provide links and assets to support it.
You may request the removal of the episode from Empower Life Academy's platforms after publication by contacting Nicole directly at nicole@empowerlifeacademy.com. Empower Life Academy will consider all reasonable removal requests. Removal from third-party platforms such as Spotify or Apple Podcasts may take additional time and cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Your Confirmation
You confirm that you are authorised to participate in this interview and to share the content you provide during the session.
You confirm that your participation, and Empower Life Academy's publication of the interview, will not infringe any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or confidentiality obligations.
You confirm that the headshot, bio, and any other materials you provide to Empower Life Academy for promotional use are your own and that you have the right to share them for this purpose.
6. Fees
Participation in the Empower Life Academy podcast is on a voluntary, unpaid basis. No fee is payable by either party.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
